Karen Santee
Founder and Employing Broker
Karen grew up in the Colorado Springs area. She married into the Military and raised her family in several areas. Karen came back to Colorado and started learning about property management in 2007 and learned the business from the ground up.. She became a property manager in 2010. Ironclad Realty & Property Management is the culmination of many years of experience.
Karen is a member of the National Association of Residential Property Managers (NARPM) and has earned the Master Property Manager (MPM) and Residential Management Professional (RMP) designations. She was the local chapter President in both 2020 and 2022 and is still very active in the local chapter. She is also active in the Colorado Housing Coalition and is involved with legislation. Karen’s active involvement helps keep her clients informed about coming changes while she does her best to be a voice for landlords in the community.
Karen has three grown children and one amazing grandchild. She loves Colorado and the many adventures to be had in the state.
Dylan LaFollette
Assistant Property Manager
Dylan grew up in Colorado and spent his college years in South Dakota where he earned a degree in Marketing and Management. He spent several years working Management for Walmart in several locations. Dylan is new to Property Management and is excited to learn the business.
If not spending time with his family and friends, he enjoys traveling all over the world and learning cultures and languages.
